Sound Bath - Flowing Chakras- Lymm, Cheshire

Hi Beautiful People,

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are bathed (fully clothed)  in sound waves. It is called a sound bath because the sound waves and frequency literally wash over you. The beauty of this type of meditation is that it doesn't require much effort, all you need to do is relax and let the healing vibrations do the work. During the sound bath your body temperature may change, it is sensible to bring a blanket and also a pillow for extra comfort. You may wish to bring an eye mask too.

Some people attend a sound bath to connect with their higher self , to use it as an aid for meditation, better sleep, deep cleansing or  for healing and transformation. Others simply come to completely switch off from the daily stresses of modern life, to gift themselves an hour of "me time" 
The session will end with a closing ceremony where I will play some healing background music. This is a great time to slowly come around, ground yourself and to share anything about your experience if you choose to. I will also bring some herbal tea for us to drink. This is optional , you may wish to bring some water instead.

Whatever you need in this moment, a sound bath can offer you a space to relax, let go of any tension and go as far as you want on your inner journey.

Note: Please avoid any junk food or drinks directly after a sound bath, this allows any healing to continue to work throughout your body.

RA: A sound bath is a very low risk practice, while there are far more benefits to using sound therapy than there are disadvantages, it is important as with any other method of treatment or healing to know when this type of practice should be avoided or it's use limited.

Please read before booking: Contraindications
-If you have a metal implant (contraceptive coils are fine), have a pacemaker, have epilepsy, or suffer from any sound sensitive condition, please make me aware before booking a session. If you have any query regarding the suitability of a sound bath for you, please consult a doctor. If you are pregnant it is advised that you don't attend during your first trimester. You must make me aware of any medical conditions in advance. Thank you.

PARKING: There is plenty of parking opposite the venue, including off street parking and a pay & display car park £1

Covid: Please practice self care and make informed decisions based on all of the advice/guidelines available to you. 

-Be mindful of others when entering and exiting the venue.
-Mats will be socially distanced 
-Please let me know if you are coming as a couple or a group of up to 6 so that I can arrange the spacing in the room accordingly

-You will need to bring your own mats, blankets, pillows and eye masks. (Travel mug optional)

-The venue will be well ventilated and cleaned before and after use.
-Please don't attend a Sound Bath if you feel unwell, have a temperature or feel that you have any virus symptoms. 
-Purchasing in advance is essential, thank you. 

Please note: I cannot give refunds but you can transfer your space to a friend,  just let me know their name before the event, and inform me of their contraindications.
