***Clive Henry***

Clive is one of the UK’s longest standing flag-wavers for underground house music having been an original member of the West London house mafia, one half of the genre-defining tech house outfit Peace Division and resident at the world’s most musically influential nightclub DC10. Clive started his long musical journey way back in the mid-eighties when he was working after school to earn money to feed his vinyl addiction. He caught the DJing bug going to local hip hop jams in West London and listening to early electro/hip hop on pirate radio. It was all about to change however, when in 1988 he was introduced to London’s early acid house scene by Rocky and Diesel from Xpress 2. They took him to the seminal Spectrum and Shoom clubs which proved highly instrumental in shaping Clive’s musical future.

Not long after, Clive and Rocky started running their own successful nights in the emerging West London party scene called Bone and Gosh with guests like David Holmes, Andrew Weatherall and Ashley Beedle. It wasn’t long before Clive started playing at his own events, which in turn lead to bookings at other clubs, first in London and then across the UK. In 1998 he founded the iconic tech house label Low Pressings with fellow surburbanite Justin Drake who went on to become his production partner in Peave Division.

During this period Clive relocated to Ibiza every summer and in 2000 on after a night out at Space with fellow DJ Lottie they stumbled across the now legendary Circo Loco afterparty held at DC10 on Monday mornings. Back then DC10 was more like a social club for DJs, promoters and their friends and it wasn’t long before Clive was a regular feature at the club. He hasn’t looked back. During the last decade Clive has established himself as the British backbone of the club laying down his trademark brand of deep no-nonsense house music week in week out having being invited to join DC10 stellar roster of residents back in 2004.

Clive’s residency at DC10 brought him into contact with Crosstown Rebels frontman Damian Lazarus who quickly brought Clive into the Crosstown family.

With the re-opening of DC10 this summer after its year ban, 2010 promises to be an eventful one for Clive with his solo production path beginning to take shape and collaborations in the pipeline with good friends Jamie Jones and Dyed Soundorom. In addition, his new Rebel Rave mix compilation for Crosstown Rebels will be hitting the stores this August.

You can catch Clive regularly at Circo Loco in Ibiza, MuMu in Liverpool, Kubicle in London, Droog in LA and at Crosstown Rebels events worldwide.

*** Stefano Ritteri ***

Stefano Ritteri doesn’t care about genres and boundaries. He makes good music . His italian passion and obsession for obscure samples and homemade synthesisers can be easily identified , and in the past 10 years Stefano has released on a handful of diverse and eclectic labels, such as Get Physical,Dirtybird,Exploited,Pets Recordings and Rockets and Ponies. As a DJ his style is also very recognisable, he mixes african and asian traditional songs with house and techno, and he often swings in between tempos and styles. Stefano tours extensively , has scored a residency at Fabric a few years back ( with the Solo moniker ) , and his energy takes him to many after parties and bizarre situations. A trained pianist and drummer, in recent years Stefano has started working as a composer and engineer for TV and Advertising , his biggest claim to date is working on the soundtrack for the british Premier League , which has been streamed millions of times on several platforms ( even though Stefano’s team remains Roma ).

Always eager ( and that’s an understatement ) to speak about music instruments and production, Stefano lectures regularly in universities and music schools around the world , many of his talks have been featured in magazines and can be found online, enjoyed and revered by fellow nerds. Stefano’s music is championed and supported by Pete Tong, Annie Mac and B-traits, and besides appearing on several BBC Radio 1 programs , he started his own monthly show on Rinse France . With many new songs to be released in the near future , Stefano is preparing to throw curveballs and surprise his friends and fans. And that he cares about, very very much.

***Cowlin***

Born and raised in Reading, Daniel Cowling better known under his DJ moniker ‘Cowlin’ started to produce music when he was just 19 in his parents home. Like many bedroom producers from the UK, he is self-taught and his determination and raw passion for electronic music has been the driving force since day one.

Early inspirations came from Detroit legends including Kevin Saunderson and Carl Craig, as well as current tech house chart topping DJ’s; Jamie Jones, Skream, Patrick Topping and Green Velvet. Started in his local town Reading, before quickly moving on to playing some of London’s biggest venues, he started to gain some followers and recognition his infectious tech house sets.

His first release was in January 2017 with his “Get Hype” Single on Phonetic Recordings, and has since released his follow up track “These Clubs”. Both of which gained much support from respected artists including Mark Knight, Annie Mac, Joris Voorn, Roger Sanchez, Hector Couto and Solardo.

Cowlin has played some of the best venues across the UK, including EGG, Fire, Ministry Of Sound, XOYO, Motion and Basing House in London as well as Switch in Southampton. It doesn't stop there, as he has also graced the stages of some of the UK’s most loved festivals including We Are Festival, Bugged Out, Lockdown and The Social.

Tech house with an uplifting party vibe and super fresh production, is best to describe Cowlins sound. Funky vocals, big synth sounds and some serious groove sets the tone, and never fails to set the dancefloor on fire.

Residents:

*** CR0E & GREY ***

CR0E & GREY are a techno and house producer/DJ combo from London. They come from distinct musical backgrounds with tastes ranging from old school anthems from Ibiza heydays to bass music with roots in their hometown Croydon. This combined into a joint passion for moody and melodic vibes found in different techno and house sub-genres.

Under separate aliases, the two have scored releases and hosted radio shows. As CR0E, Metin Parlak has been released on Carypla Records with his EP ‘101’ featuring the single ‘Fives & Twos’, which successfully topped the label’s bestselling chart on Beatport for a year. Following ‘101’ was the single ‘Critical Function’ which, compared to the pounding mainroom techno of ‘101’, marked a more melodic turn complete with raw techno rhythms that set the scene for future productions. Under his Grey Raven alias, full-time wax collector Pawel Serafin hosted a vinyl-only radio show on London’s Scream Radio where, along with guest MCs, he shared the very best of old school dubstep, grime and roots reggae, bringing a love for diverse bass-driven sounds under a neat two-hour umbrella week in, week out.

The pair kicked off 2017 with a tour around South East Asia, with 20 gigs across Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia and Vietnam. Ticking off iconic venues such as Koh Phangan’s Mellow Mountain and Haad’rin Beach, home of the Full Moon Party, as well as playing a six-hour set at Cambodia’s Train Time Festival in Kampot. In London, the two have supported the likes of Andrade (Bon Vivant, Karat Records) and Sakro (Bon Vivant, Raum...musik) for their Bon Vivant Label Showcase at Basing House in Shoreditch, as well as being regulars at the CAVE parties hosted in the basement of Birthday’s in Dalston, featuring headliners including Dekker and Benedict Jackson.
