How do I access my tickets?

You can access your orders on-the-go by downloading our app from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Alternatively, you can view all your orders at Please ensure you log into the account used when purchasing your order.


Can I get a refund?

Our standard refund policy is all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, event organisers may wish to enforce their own terms and conditions. To find out if this applies, please contact the event organisers directly.

Entry policy is enforced at the discretion of the event organisers.


Can I change the name on my ticket?

We are unable to alter any details on a purchased ticket or voucher. Some event organisers do not require the name on the order to match that of your ID. However, we advise contacting the event organisers directly to check.


Can I ask a question about an event?

All events are organised and managed by third party event organisers. Queries regarding event details should be directed to the event organiser. We would recommend getting in touch with them via their website or via social media.


Can I change my order?

How do I complain about an event I attended?

All events are organised and managed by Third Party event organisers and not by Fatsoma. As we do not organise the events we are unable to mediate in these situations. Please contact the event organiser directly to make your complaint.


Why does my PDF ticket say admits one?

All of the items in an order are grouped together and sent to you as one combined ‘.PDF’ file. Each item is on a separate page with a unique bar code and reference number.
