What is Fatsoma?

Fatsoma is a self service ticketing website that allows event organisers to sell tickets to the events they are organising. All events on Fatsoma are organised, listed and managed by third party event organisers rather than ourselves.

If you’ve got a question directly about an event or something that happened at an event it might be best to contact the event organiser or the venue directly.
 

How do I get my tickets?

All your tickets are saved onto your Fatsoma account. You can view them via the Fatsoma app.

Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Alternatively, you can view all your orders at https://www.fatsoma.com/orders.

Please ensure you log into the account used when purchasing your order.

 

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds can only be given if the event has been cancelled or rearranged.

Can I change the name on my ticket?

We are unable to alter any details on a purchased ticket or voucher. Some event organisers do not require the name on the order to match that of your ID. However, we advise contacting the event organisers directly to check.

 

Can I ask a question about an event?

All events are organised and managed by third party event organisers. Queries regarding event details should be directed to the event organiser. We would recommend getting in touch with them via their website or via social media.

 

Can I change my order?

We are unable to alter any details on an order.

 

How do I complain about an event I attended?

All events are organised and managed by third party event organisers and not by Fatsoma. As we do not organise the events we are unable to mediate in these situations. Please contact the event organiser directly to make your complaint.

 

Why does my PDF ticket say admits one?

All of the items in an order are grouped together and sent to you as one combined ‘.PDF’ file. Each item is on a separate page with a unique bar code and reference number.

 

Where can I collect my wristband?

All events on Fatsoma are organised by independent event organisers. If you have questions regarding wristband collection please contact the event organiser directly.

 

How can I contact an event organiser?
