With government guidelines changing we may need to postpone our show to a later date when freshers is safe to happen. A Flexi Ticket™ allows you entry to our show regardless of the date. This means should we have to postpone your Flexi Ticket™ will be 100% valid for the new date. (Please Note all previous tickets will be automatically be transferred into a Flexi Ticket™.)

Be eligible for a refund on your ticket only if you unfortunately don’t get your
first choice university, or get a transfer ticket if your second choice university has an Icebreaker in that city. We understand that lots of students will get their results different to previous years via previous results and with help of your teachers/Schools/colleges. Buy with confidence that if your university changes you can simply transfer your ticket to any city with an Icebreaker event taking place.

: All refunds & transfers will be processed within 14 working days from the
time specified evidence is received

: All refunds must be submitted by no later than 1st September 2020, any
refunds that come in after this date will not be accepted.

*Event Postponement*
In the unlikely scenario that by September The Corona Virus [Covid-19] affects your freshers week. Your ticket will be still be valid even if your freshers week is moved and we have to change our date. Should an event postponement take place your ticket will be 100% safe for a rescheduled date once government guidelines suggests it is safe to do so. This could be October, November, January, February, March, April or May depending on the new freshers week for your university. Dont worry we wouldn't let you start university without having the biggest freshers event to celebrate.

*Event Cancelation*
If the event can not be rescheduled at any point because of The Corona Virus [Covid-19] , meaning that we are no longer able to deliver a show in the months highlighted above, then you will be entitled to a refund, or we can send you some Merchandise to the value of your ticket price.

Please Note groups less than 6 may be sharing with one other group on their table
