n 2015, four-piece indie-rock band Alibi were fairly fresh faces in the Hastings music scene, releasing their self-titled EP and gigging locally. Since then they’ve gigged extensively in the South East, performed on BBC Introducing the South and had their new single "Space, Man" played by Huw Stephens on Radio 1. BBC Introducing invited Alibi to play Reading & Leeds and made the single Space, Man Radio One Track of the week in the run up to the festivals.
Formed in early 2016, Solar Nineties are a Margate based indie rock five-piece writing Britpop influenced songs featuring melodic vocals, chiming guitars and a driving rhythm section.
Solar Nineties released their debut single ‘If Looks Could Kill’ on 25th August 2017, the song has since received regular airtime on the BBC Introducing in Kent radio show.
