One More Push

'One More Push' is a metaphor for painful but beautiful change, with echoes of the numerous rebirths we experience throughout life.

In this piece, Fereshteh Mozaffari uses her experience of life in the UK, to grapple with the challenges and joys of life in exile. Using stroy-telling and dance, she will lead you on a bitter-sweet journey of displacement, integration, change and resilience.
