Full Moon Ceremony- Letting Go

Use La Luna's Full energy to let go of any unwanted negative thoughts or patterns that may be holding you back on your dreams and desires!

The Full Moon represents the end of the moon cycle and the perfect time to let go. Join me in my Letting Go ceremony and lets start the next lunar cycle and new year free of our unwanted 'baggage' we may be holding on to. 

How the night will run:

After our greetings and introductions, I will perform a smudging ceremony on each participant  to cleanse your aura of any excess negativity. 

We will then enjoy a hot spiced cacao drink which will allow us the ability to increase our connection to our inner selves and our heart chakras. The ceremonial cacao will aid in transformational shift and allow us to deepen our understanding of who we are, release old patterns and traumas, or move into a more self-confident space and be the perfect accompaniment for our letting go ceremony where we will write down any patterns, fears, traumas, people, habits we want to let go of.

We will then burn our papers in a sacred fire ceremony and have the opportunity to express our thoughts and forgiveness to all we let go of. 

After our ceremony we will enjoy a mugwort tea to enable lucid dreaming and purification while we think about what we are grateful for. We do this to bring love back in to our hearts after letting go.  There will be some vegan tea snacks to enjoy and will play some mantras enabling us to leave our sacred space feeling free and empowered.
