Ruby Rendall + Cat Dangerfield to the support

North Highland Events are Proud to introduce for the first time to Orkney - Ruby Rendall and her band as they take to the Road on a Scottish Tour this summer to promote her latest Album, ONCE UPON A TIME.

Rubys son Robbie, who is now lead guitarist in the Rendall Band, is the person behind this new release.  With his grounding in Classical and Rock, all these influences have come together to add extra flavour to the Country Rock Album Once Upon a Time.  The material is mostly self-penned by Ruby with 4 of her all-time favourite covers included. 

She is delighted to be introducing a new Country talent in the Show - Arlene G will be joining Ruby and the band bringing her old style Country to add variety for audiences who like Loretta Lynn, Dolly Parton, Lynn Anderson, to name a few...

Join them is Cat Dangerfield Born and raised in Aberdeenshire, I've been song-writing since the age of 16, and began singing lessons with Chalmers Mackay Music School at 17.

Since then, I have recorded and released three singles at Offbeat studios in Edinburgh; In September 2017, I travelled to Melbourne, Australia, to record my debut album Excuse The Naked. My first single and the album itself have been released, and are available on all global music download/streaming platforms, including Spotify and iTunes.
