An all-day music festival to celebrate the launch of Catgod's new album 'Feel it go round'. There'll be joined by some of the best acts in Oxford right now, including Lucy Leave, Death of the Maiden, The August List, Ciphers, and Despicable Zee.

There are a limited number of early bird tickets for this mini festival for just £5!! That's absolutely ridiculous so don't hang around! We are also doing some special bundle deals... A ticket and a signed copy of the new Catgod album (CD) for £15 and, for £20 you can get all that + a large print of the album artwork.

Catgod are a five piece band centred around brother-sister duo Robin and Cat. Their sound has been described as an 'emotion-strewn fusion of genres', folk based in its harmonies and guitar style, but layered with other styles from trip-hop to choral music. In the last two years they have accumulated plays on BBC Radio 6 Music from Lauren Laverne and Tom Robinson along with premiere’s from Clash Magazine and The Line of Best Fit. They were also awarded nightshifts #2 tracks of the year in 2018 with the song 'Heartbeat in My Hand'. They'll be releasing their new album which is set for release in mid-may.

Lucy Leave will tickle your whiskers with their very unique of punk, jazz and folk. They were BBC Music Introducing In Oxford's band of the year in 2018 and have won local fame with their energetic and emotive live shows.

Death of the Maiden have just released their new album 'The Girl with the Secret Fire', having a sold out their album launch show at The Jericho Tavern. They'll be gracing our pointed ears on the night with their baroque/folk/rock twisted ballads.

The August List play gothic folk music concerning nature and dread. Their sound veers dramatically from a hushed gentle melody to a psychedelic wall of noise. In 2017 they were awarded Nightshift Magazine's best song of the year and are currently working on their third album. On the night they will be taking to the stage as a duo.

Ciphers - formed in late 2017, the five-piece Oxford-based band released their EP 'Feed Their Fiction' with a headline show at the O2 Academy 2 Oxford and received great reviews from Nightshift Magazine - "offering frost-hearted midnight shoegaze shimmer and smoky jazz/blues across three songs that reward repeated listening" Their sound ranges from post-rock to post-punk, encompassing powerful vocals, interlocking guitars, and soaring crescendos. They will be releasing their second EP 'Future Tribes' on the night of the festival which we are extremely excited about!

Despicable Zee, Oxford-based producer and drummer, aka Zahra Haji Fath Ali Tehrani, specialises in leftfield, electronic lo-fi-pop – wonky yet meditative tunes, punctuated by biting rhythms. With echoes of The Knife, Tirzah, CocoRosie and Madame Gandhi. She has one of the most unique sounds in Oxford.
