Chinese New Year Celebrations with ICL

Every year the Birmingham Chinese New Year Committee organise a large festival which is usually attended by around 30,000 people. 

To celebrate the beginning of Chinese New Year, we have organised a trip to Birmingham to take part in the celebrations when the year of the Dog begins!

Attractions feature on-stage entertainment including lion dancers, acrobats, martial arts, traditional music and dancing, plus kids craft area and fairground, market stalls and a Far-eastern Food Festival.

Tickets for this trip are £15 per seat (everyone must have a designated seat) which covers your return travel by private coach. Students can buy for accompanying family members. Children must be aged 5 and over. Children who we believe to be under the age of 5 will be refused entry and no refund will be given.

The coaches will be departing Park Campus at 8am with a pick up at Bay Campus at 8.15am. We will return from Birmingham at 5pm reaching Swansea at approximately 8.30pm.
