Important Notes

Dress Code
We operate a strict dress code and maintain a "dress to impress" policy. Any sports wear, Nike Air Max or trainers containing "bubbles" will not be admitted and no refund will be given. Please dress smartly.

Curfew
All Ticket holders must be in the venue before 10:30PM, This is the same for every ticket sold. tickets will still be valid for entry after 10.30pm, however the Q Jump element is removed beyond this point and is subject to capacity restrictions. Please arrive early to avoid Q's and disappointment. The venue opens at 7.30pm.

Please arrive for your ticket curfew time. Failure to arrive before your curfew time will mean you will have to join the back of the queue and will not be guaranteed entry.

Refund Policy
Unfortunately due to the fast moving nature of our ticket sales, no refunds will be permitted due to customers having to isolate. Customers may choose to delay their tickets to another weekend by emailing bookings@homelincoln.co.uk. No refund will be given to any customer refused entry to the venue due to intoxication or dress code.

Tickets On The Door
New Years Eve tickets on the evening at the door will be more. Without a pre-bought ticket, you will not be guaranteed entry all evening, let alone midnight! Buy a Ticket & celebrate the new year with everyone in Lincolnshire x
