How Do I Add a Rep Only Ticket?

You can keep your rep sales separate to the rest of your tickets by creating a ticket that is only accessible to customers via a rep link.

You can add a rep only ticket when you originally list the event or you can go back and add one later. In the scenario below, we’ll run through adding a rep only ticket to an existing event If you’re adding a rep only ticket whilst you’re setting up the event, then jump straight to step 3 below.

  1. From your Dashboard, scroll down and locate the event you want to add a rep only ticket to.

  2. Click the ‘Edit Event’ button.

  3. Scroll down to the ‘Tickets’ section.

  4. Click ‘Add Paid Ticket’.

  5. Complete all the relevant fields, including:

    1. Ticket Name

    2. Currency

    3. Price (the fee will update automatically depending on the price of the ticket)

    4. On Sale From/To

    5. Quantity Available

  6. Click ‘+ More Options’.

  7. Tick the box labelled ‘Only accessible via rep link’ under the ‘Rep Only Ticket’ heading.

  8. Click ‘Save’.

  9. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.

  10. Click ‘Save Event’ to set the changes live.
