The Big Freshers Lockdown Nottingham - Socially Distanced - In association with BOOHOO MAN

1 Person from your group must have a table reserved, you can reserve tables after you purchase a ticket! You will be sent a link!

2) This ticket is is valid for Wednesday 7th October

3) - This ticket is valid for 6:30pm - 10pm

4) - Last entry 7:30pm

5) Boohoo Man Hoodies are Unisex. Hoodies will be available for collection on the night of the event. Hoodies cannot be redeemed in advance of the event under any circumstances.

6) These socially distanced managed events are planned in accordance with the current government guidelines. In the unlikely event that tighter restrictions are implemented we may need to postpone and reschedule the event until nightclubs and venues can re open, if this is the case your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date you can claim a refund.

7) Receive a Refund - Only if the event cannot go ahead!

8) You must arrive at the event with the people from your accommodation. And you will stay with this group of people for the duration of the event at your designated table area. We will send you an email closer to the time allowing you to select the size of your table and fill in a form letting us know the people you are attending with, for track and trace.

9) Everyone on your table must have a ticket!

10) Must arrive and attend in groups according to the size of your table booking!

11) You will be required to reserve a table for your group before the event. We will send you a link via email.
