This is your e-ticket. You must have a print out of this ticket, or be able to display this ticket on your smartphone, at the entrance to the event. This ticket is non-refundable. Proof of age ID (Passport, EU Driving License or approved pass card (www.pass-scheme.org.uk) to prove you are 18+) will be required for entry. Last entry 2am. Management reserve the right to refuse admission. By purchasing this ticket you agree to opt in to our mailing list to receive information about future events. This is your Freshers Bar Crawl T-Shirt Collection Voucher. You must have a print out of this voucher, or be able to display this ticket on your smartphone, when collecting your t-shirt. Collection is now from John Foster Hall Bar tonight at 7pm or upon entry to Club Republic. Normal ID (to prove you are 18+) and Student ID will be required for entry to all bars and clubs on the bar crawl.

TONIGHT it’s Leicester Uni’s BIGGEST BAR CRAWL OF THE YEAR! A Bar Crawl T-Shirt is your ticket for this epic event!

Bar Crawl Info for Tonight NOW CONFIRMED…

Bars on the route are ► Loaded Dog ► R/Bar ► Locker Room ► Walkabout ► Fat Cat ► Harvey's ► Revolution ► Mamba ► Lloyds ► Then everyone heads to Monsta Mondays @ Club Republic!

Meeting times are…

► 7.15pm – John Foster Hall – Meet John Foster Bar

► 8.00pm – GMS Hall – Meet in Village Hub

► 8.45pm - Nixon Court - Meet outside main entrance

► 9.15pm – City Living (Opal, Brookland, Regent etc.) plus 2nd & 3rd years – Meet at LOADED DOG

► 9.25pm – Beaumont & Digby Hall – Meet Bus Stop outside Beaumont

Meet at your allocated time and place, and then the Bar Crawl Reps (wearing high vis. t-shirts) will guide you along your allocated route. Free buses will be provided from Oadby Student Village & Nixon Court to the city centre. The Bar Crawl Reps will guide you on to the correct bus.

Not every route goes to the bars in the same order, so make sure you stick with your reps to avoid missing out any bars!

Freshers', remember if you bought a wristband you MUST wear the free bar crawl t-shirt your received to gain entry to the venues tonight, as your t-shirt is your ticket for this event, NOT the wristband.
