This year, as part of Movember and a wider campaign to help tackle rising suicide rates, we want to offer you the opportunity to learn skills to intervene and save a life from suicide.
The training session will last 3 hours, with a 20 minute break in between, in Kier Hardie 021.
Spaces are limited, as we want to make sure everyone feels comfortable in the session and is participating in the workshops. However, we will hopefully be running more sessions throughout the year on Mental Health First Aid, Suicide Prevention and Look After Your Mate.
