Airport Pick Up (Level 1 Pre-Sessional) 2019

Welcome to ELTS! We hope you are looking forward to studying with us.

This page has been set up for students on the Level 1 pre-sessional course which starts on Monday the 17th of June. 

If you are arriving in the UK the weekend before your course begins, and flying into Heathrow airport, you may be able to book a transfer to Swansea with us. Transfers are available for:
     - students (and their companions) landing in Heathrow between 06:00 and 18:00 on Saturday 15th of June.
     - students (and their companions) landing in Heathrow between 06:00 and 15:00 on Sunday 16th of June.

Transfers include a seat on the coach, drop-off at one of our designated drop-off points and 2 items of luggage. 

Ticket Prices and Fees:
     - Advance tickets: £50 + booking fee
(Booking closes at 15:00 on Friday 7th of June) ADVANCE BOOKING IS NOW CLOSED

     - Last minute tickets: £70 (to be paid in cash on arrival)
(Dependant on space available. To confirm in advance please email elts@swansea.ac.uk by 4pm on Thursday 13th of June) THESE TICKETS ARE NOW ONLY AVAILABLE FOR FLIGHTS LANDING BEFORE 12:00 ON SATURDAY 15/06/2019

     - Additional baggage fee: £20 (to be paid in cash on arrival)

ELTS staff will meet you in Arrivals at Terminal 3 in Heathrow airport. Here, you will join other students on your course and travel together to Swansea by coach (departure times will vary depending on landing times).

When you arrive in Swansea there will be four possible drop-off points. Please select the best fit for your accommodation on the night that you arrive in Swansea:
     - Drop-off point 1) Bay Campus (for students staying in accommodation on Bay Campus)
     - Drop-off point 2) Swansea Bus Station (for students staying in accommodation in the city centre) Note: there is a taxi rank here
     - Drop-off point 3) Singleton Campus (for students staying in accommodation on Singleton campus)
     - Drop-off point 4) Hendrefoelan (for students staying in accommodation at Hendrefoelan) Note: this stop is only available if pre-booked
