Important Notes
Curfew
All Ticket holders must be in before 11:30PM, tickets will still be valid for entry, however the Q Jump element is removed beyond this point.
All guests will be required to present proof of either:
– Negative Lateral Flow / PCR Test taken within 48 hours of an event
– Double Vaccination status
This proof must be presented upon entry via an NHS Covid Pass on the NHS App or an NHS Covid Pass letter
Failure to present this proof will result in refusal of entry, no refunds will be offered in this case.
Always check the expiry date before using your covid pass.
Refund Policy
Unfortunately due to the fast moving nature of our ticket sales, no refunds will be permitted due to customers having to isolate. Customers may choose to delay their tickets to another weekend by emailing panni@firmative.co.uk
No refund will be given to any customer refused entry to the venue due to intoxication or dress code.
