The Self Help Group play a harmony drenched blend of folk and Americana, imbued with the spirit of the Laurel Canyon. They have acclaimed albums, gaining radio play across the globe. Now, after a self-imposed hiatus and 13 children, they are getting up off the sofa, releasing new music and diving back into the live music scene.

Hosts The Sweet Ordeal are a three piece indie folk band that play melodic and bittersweet songs about love, longing and redemption. Their themes draw from the personal and the public: the latter from esoteric, often dark, real life stories.
