**Terms & Conditions**

Age restrictions - 14-17 - You may be asked to prove your age if you look under 14 or over 17. (Any photo ID including bus/travel passes with a expiry date and photo will be accepted)

Body and bag searches will be in place on the night.

You will be breathalysed as we operate a strict 0 tolerance policy and will be turned away if failed.

Metal detectors will be used.

Please read our banned items list.

We have the right to turn you away if we feel you are under the influence or are found to be carrying alcohol or illegal substances.

No refunds shall be given for any reasons you are turned away or can no longer make the event. If an act cancels and can longer make the event due to unforeseen circumstances and the line up has to change slightly, you will not be entitled to a refund as this is no fault of Shutdown, or the date and venue has to be changed for reasons out of our hands.
The only time a refund shall be given is if the event had to be cancelled with no talk of a rescheduled date.

We reserve the right to remove anyone for any unruly behaviour.

**COVID UPDATE**
When purchasing tickets I understand I am purchasing them knowing that due to the current covid-19 crisis the date may have to be postponed further if things were to worsen again and that a refund is not possible but the ticket will be valid for the new postponed date, this also includes if the venue or line up has to change for reasons out of our hands.
