Terms and Conditions for ticket:

1.0 Tickets are only valid prior to reaching capacity within the venue, and we still reserve the right to refuse entry.

1.1 If you have purchased a table ticket entitles you to your table but YOU MUST all arrive together in your group if you are not all together you will not be allowed entrance until your entire party has arrived. See the host upon arrival to be shown to a table, once arrived orders for drinks and food will be taken.

1.2 Please do not visit us, if you are suffering, or have suffered in the past 10 days, from the symptoms of COVID-19.

1.3 Non-arrival does not constitute a refund.

1.4 If you need extra assistance, we will aim to offer this where we can. If you have special requirements, please speak to a member of our team and they will aim to assist you.

1.5 OVER 18’s ONLY!

1.6 For the duration of this event, The mixing house will be no ticket no entry. Anyone who wants to watch the world cup with us must have a ticket and a table booked in advance. 

1.7 For any larger groups purchasing two tables of four or more, we may be able to sit you together but can not guarantee this.
