Refund Policy


Fatsoma does not refund booking fees on any event tickets. This Pass is only refundable if you do not get into University. You must also show us evidence you did not get a place at the university to be eligible for the refund.

*Only Triple A passes sold prior to A-level results day 2024 are refundable. Your refund request must be sent within 5 days of receiving your results with the above-mentioned evidence.

Full Triple AAA event lineup, themes, event dates and venues are subject to change.

This event is run by Organised Chaos Events & and not by the University. As was the case with previous years, some events may later feature as official events as well.

T&Cs of our refund policy are as follows:

1. You must have purchased your ticket before 15h September 2024 to be eligible for a refund

2. To apply for a refund, you must send us UCAS evidence of your university change along with one form of photographic ID

3. You must email dale@organisedchaosevents.co.uk before 01/09/24 with the subject line “Freshers Refund”

4. It can take up to 14 working days from receipt of your email for us to process your freshers week refund
