Sustainability GVI Virtual Open Day April 2021

Are you passionate about sustainable conservation or ethical community development? Sign up via the link at the bottom of this page to attend our Earth Day inspired Virtual Open Day on Saturday 24 April 2021! Join us to find out more about the exciting options we offer for ethical volunteering, internships and online experiences.

In honour of Earth Day this April, we’ll be focusing on the importance of sustainability, because there is no plan(et) B. We’ll be joined by experts in the field, staff, and past volunteers – all ready to answer your questions and share about their experiences.

Talks on the day will cover our mission, our goals, our impact, career development with GVI, general volunteering with GVI, and our online courses. Our field staff from Ghana, and our sister organisation Bushwise (South Africa), will be offering insight into our sustainable wildlife conservation and ethical community development programs in those locations. We will also be joined by past volunteers who will share candidly about their GVI experiences.

Additionally, there’ll be special offers available. Attendees will be able to secure their booking with a deposit of only £100 paid by midnight Monday the 26th of April (GMT+1 / BST) and qualify for an additional £100 off your booking. Those who book via this offer can also pay their program off in installments at no extra cost (usually a fee of £125 applies).
If you’re interested in using your time to make a difference and travel responsibly, this is your chance. We look forward to connecting with you online soon!
