Birmingham official Freshers Week Wristband 2020

Covid Protection:
• In the scenario that your freshers week date is altered, our venues are capacity restricted or still closed in September due to Corona Virus [Covid-19], we will postpone the event to a later date when government guidelines allow the clubs & events to run properly. This could be October, November, December, January, February, March, April or May. We strongly advise you don't hesitate to purchase a wristband as we will still sell out before the original planned event date! **Buy with confidence, your ticket will be 100% valid for the rearranged date as we don't want you to miss the biggest party of the year!

• If postponement is not possible and we are forced to cancel the event, we will issue a full refund on any ticket purchased.

• Receive a refund if you do not get into your first choice University, or get a transfer ticket if your second choice University has a wristband in that city. *Only applies to tickets purchased before Wednesday 12th August 2020.

• You must submit your refund request no later than 1st September 2020 by emailing info@birminghamfresherswristband.co.uk with the subject line ‘University Refund’.

• In the email you should attach UCAS evidence of your deferral or University change and 1 form of valid Photographic ID.

• Once received we will process your refund within 7 working days.
