FAQ SECTION
🗣️ Can my non-university friends or partner attend?
✅ Yes they can! They will still need to have purchased their own tickets but every student is allowed 2 non students to join them for entry.
🗣️ Why do the tickets come in different price tiers?
✅ There is only a limited amount of passes we can sell. Therefore we operate a festival style ticketing model. The earlier you buy your pass the cheaper it will be.
🗣️Does my ticket need to be in my name?
✅ No it doesn't, we just need to scan your barcode. However, please be cautious when buying tickets from a third party.
🗣️Where can I collect my add ons? (Icebreaker T-Shirt, LED Batons & Masquerade Mask)
✅ When you get entry into the event, simply show a member of our staff your add on ticket and you will be given these upon entry.
🗣️What ID will I need to provide on entry?
✅ You will need to show a valid driving licence, provisional driving licence or passport. This is in line with the national guidelines and nightclub entry requirements policy.
