In 2021, freshers week went ahead in every city at full capacity, without any postponements or cancelations. With the vaccine & booster roll-out now as big as its ever been, and with cases of Covid-19 declining, you should expect your freshers week to be as big as ever with all shows sold out, with full capacity crowds, without any government restrictions. However please see below our carefully thought out safety policies should Covid-19 have any effects on your freshers week in 2022.
Flexi Pass™ :
With government guidelines changing we may need to postpone our show to a later date when freshers is safe to happen. A Flexi Pass™ allows you entry to our shows regardless of the date. This means should we have to postpone your Flexi Pass™ will be 100% valid for the new date.
*Coronavirus Safety Policy*
Please bear in mind that according to government or local policies at the time of your event, you may be required to complete a rapid flow coronavirus test at your own expense before entering the venue. This may require that you turn up to the venue at a predetermined staggered time in order to carry out the test. Any guests that refuse testing or that cannot provide a vaccine passport may be refused by the venue.
*Event Postponement*
In the unlikely scenario that by September the coronavirus [Covid-19] affects your freshers week. Your PASS will be still be valid, even if your freshers week is moved and we have to change our date. Should an event postponement take place your ticket will be 100% safe for a rescheduled date once government guidelines suggest it is safe to do so. This could be October, November, January, February, March, April or May depending on the new freshers week for your university. Dont worry- we wouldn't let you start university without having the biggest freshers event to celebrate.
*Event Cancelation*
If the events cannot be rescheduled at any point because of the coronavirus [Covid-19] , meaning that we are no longer able to deliver a show in the months highlighted above, then you will be entitled to a refund, or we can send you some merchandise to the value of your Pass price.
