For the 12th year running, Onit Events brings you THE FRESHERS WRISTBAND, your OFFICIAL Freshers events programme in partnership with the best venues in town for the ULTIMATE start to your time at University!

This is the ONLY wristband endorsed by The University of Chester, Chester Student's Union, Rosies Nightclub & Off The Wall.....don't get scammed by fake events always check the authenticity of who is selling you the dream!

Be wary of events/promoters selling a night with no venue, saying things like "The best clubs" or "TBA". Chester only has a couple of nightclubs and non of them advertise in this way. If they don't tell you the venue, do NOT give them your money....it means they haven't got one sorted!

3. Monday 19th Sept - Beach Party at Off The Wall
4. Monday 19th Sept - Q-Jump/Priority Entry to MisChief at Rosies (*additional fee applies)
5. Tuesday 20th Sept - Traffic Light Party at Off The Wall
6. Tuesday 20th Sept – Q-Jump/Priority Entry to Gender Blender at Rosies (*additional fee applies)
7. Wednesday 21st Sept - Wild Wednesday at Off The Wall
8. Wednesday 21st Sept - The Zoo Project with S1mba (Live Performance) at Rosies
9. Thursday 22nd Sept - Frat Party at Off The Wall
10. Thursday 22nd Sept - Freshers Ball at Rosies (PopWorld & Top Floor) 
11. Friday 23rd Sept -The Chill Factory at Varsity Bar
12. Friday 23rd Sept - Joey Essex: Meet & Greet at Off The Wall

Collect your band between 12noon and 6pm from the Varsity Bar on Saturday 17th September & Sunday 18th September!

Sunday 18th Sept - Freshers Sunday

• Get yourselves a plain white T and get painted at one of our painting stations, FREE for those with a wristband!
• Head on into town for the GLOW PARTY at Off The Wall between will have FREE UV Face & Body Painting from 8pm, as well as loads of Glow Sticks & Glow Batons to give away! Make sure you get down early to get yours!
• Doors open at Rosies at 10pm with A1 & J1 performing LIVE including the smash hits LATEST TRENDS, NIGHT AWAY & DEAL OR NO DEAL. Capacity on the main floor is limited and we KNOW we’re going to be extremely busy so get there early to grab the best spot!
• This event is ALWAYS a sell out so we highly recommend getting your wristband before they sell out. This event will be Ticket only!

Monday 19th Sept

• Beach Party at Off The Wall
• Beach wear is ESSENTIAL, so come along to Off The Wall in your speedo’s, swimsuits, rubber rings, armbands or whatever else you’d wear to the beach and grab some FREE beach balls and flower leis and party the night away with the cheapest drinks in town and a SURF SIMULATOR for your entertainment!

Tuesday 20th Sept

• Traffic Light Party at Off the Wall.
• This is perfect for meeting new people, be it housemates, course mates or just people away from home anting to make some new friends!
• Starting from 9pm our TRAFFIC LIGHT PARTY, gives the the signals that you need to mingle....wear the colour that suits your relationship status!

• 💚 GREEN - Come and get it

• GENDER BLENDER at Rosies – the night that doesn’t need a label for people that don’t need a label…..Chester’s only LGBTQIA night!  This event is NOT HOSTED by Onit Events and an additional door fee applies.  Q-Jump for Wristband holders until 11.30pm.

Wednesday 21st Sept – The Chester Zoo Project

• Dress up as your favourite animal and party across ALL of the venues as this is the BEST night of Freshers and one that EVERYONE gets involved with!
• Don’t be that individual that misses out on the night that will be talked about for the rest of term!
• Prepare for your night from 5pm at Varsity Bar where we’ll have the first of our Animal painting stations, FREE to those with a wristband! This is the bar on the campus, right next to the Students Union building….. the perfect place to meet other Freshers!
• Head on into town and be at Off The Wall from 8pm for the launch Wild Wednesday launch party…….younew weekly Wednesday night the BIGGEST sports & societies party in town!
• We’ll have another painting station set up to get everyone ready and DJ Spraggs supplying the tunes and the stage games to get everyone in the mood!
• Doors open at Rosies from 9pm with a LIVE performance from S1MBA!
• This is THE MAIN EVENT of Freshers Week and is ALWAYS a lock out. Your band gets you entry but please get down early as there is always a queue!

Thursday 22nd Sept

• Join us for our huge American Pie style Frat Party at Off The Wall from 9pm!
• Think red cups, and pong games (Prosecco or beer!) as the perfect place for a relaxed games...or even competitive ones with friends as well as some fun stage games!
• Doors open at Rosies at 10pm so get yourselves suited & booted or dressed to impress, it's your chance to ditch the fancy dress and show a bit of sophistication!
• We'll have a "Prom-Style" photoshoot with plenty of props and a complimentary glass of Prosecco on entry to start the part of right!
•  The Freshers Ball takes place over POPWORLD and ZINC (the top floor) the event on the Middle Floor is NOT HOSTED by Onit Events or part of our Freshers line up and an additional fee would apply.

Friday 23rd Sept

• Freshers Friday sees us welcome TV royalty JOEY ESSEX to Off The Wall
• Make sure you’ve got a wristband to get to the front of the queue for the Meet & Greet!
