⚠️ REFUND POLICY ⚠️ For your peace of mind, we are offering a refund on all tickets if:

• Events are cancelled by us due to COVID-19 restrictions imposed by the government subsequently leading to nightclub closures.
• You DO NOT get into your first choice University and are no longer going to University in Belfast

FRESHERS FAQ & IMPORTANT INFO

Can I bring friends who are not students?

• Yes, that is completely fine! You do not have to be attending University to come to our events, however please ensure they are of a similar age to yourselves!

How does entry with a freshers wristband work?

• We have made it super simple for everyone. Once you have purchased your ticket, just download the fatsoma app and when you attend each night show your ticket on your phone to have the barcode scanned for entry.

• Are the Belfast Freshers Wristbands refundable?
  

• Yes. If you do not get into a University in Belfast we will refund your purchase in full! Refunds are only available to those who purchase their wristbands BEFORE results day.
• If for some reason, government restrictions are imposed and nightclubs are temporarily closed during freshers, we will honour a full refund under such circumstances! For us to start the refund process, please email us on info@unifresherz.com
