Date: Sunday 10th October 2021

Time: Departing Park Campus – Fulton House at 9:00am with a pick up at Bay Campus – Bus Stops at 9:20am. We’ll be leaving Tenby at 4:30pm. The and arriving back in Swansea at around 6:00pm

Description: Tenby is one of the most iconic and well-visited seaside towns in Wales. Steeped in ancient history and surrounded by an imposing medieval stone wall, Tenby has seen many changes through time, but it has been on the leisure map for over 200 years. With all that experience, the people of Tenby certainly know how to offer each and every visitor an unforgettable time.

When you visit Tenby you will discover a maze of narrow little streets. There are plenty of fascinating and quirky shops in the town specialising in locally produced items and plenty of attractions.

This trip is informal and relaxed, so you’ll have the day to spend as you wish – it’s a really welcoming town, and you can even take a boat trip to spot sealife or visit Caldey Island – there are a number of operators of boat tours including Tenby Boat Trips Pembrokeshire • Seal Safari & Caldey Island Cruise! We recommend heading over to Around Tenby the perfect vistors guide to one of the UK's best destinations to check out some things you might like to do with your day.

There isn’t a guided part of the trip – the town is really compact, so getting lost is virtually impossible. The day is yours to explore, but we will have a member of the team in Tenby should you have any questions or need any help.

Important Information:

As you may have noticed, the weather can be unpredictable, so make sure you check the weather and bring something suitable for all possibilities! We’d also suggest bringing some drinks and snacks for the coach journey as there won’t be any stops between Swansea and Tenby.
