Connect Group - Be active - Beach therapy walk

Connect Groups is a peer support project running events and campaigns aiming to build confidence and wellbeing for students studying at Swansea University. The group runs weekly sessions themed around the NHW 5 Ways to Wellbeing!

This week the group will be focusing on 'Being active' with some beach walk therapy. Come along and join the volunteers for a walk and chat along Swansea Bay.
