You can request a refund or exchange if you do not get into the university of your choice; this must be done no later than 5 days after results day. If we are running the same event in another city you may transfer your ticket to that city.

If the event is not able to go ahead due to Covid-19 we will reschedule the event for a new date in order to ensure you can attend, if the event must be cancelled completely due to Covid-19 we will accept all refund requests.
