You can request a refund if you do not get into the university of your choice.


In the very unlikely case that the event cannot be rescheduled and must be cancelled due to Covid-19 we will accept all refund requests.

This is an 18+ only event. 



Persons under the age of 18+ are not entitled to attend the event and will be denied entry.


Entry will be denied to anyone who cannot provide valid photo proof of identity. We will only accept Drivers License or passport proving you are 18 years or over. 



Student ID must be presented at the door.



Non students can attend as long as they are accompanied by other students.



If Student ID cannot be presented at the door, it is at the discretion of the door staff whether to allow entry or not. 



This event is ticket only, there will be no tickets on the door!



In the unlikely case that social distancing measures and restrictions are still in place you do not need to worry, the event will be ran as a socially distanced, Covid compliant event, and you will still get to experience the Freshers Disco Party. Elements of the event will be subject to changes, including the date and venue. By purchasing a ticket you are accepting that changes may occur.
