THE BOY FROM THE SOUTH

An alternative rock band hailing from Manchester - Callforth emerged as student endeavour in October 2019; we had played only 3 gigs, and more had been planned hadn't the ongoing pandemic been a factor. Notably, our first gig was played at Fac251 in Manchester, where we are all currently studying. Supporting the up and coming band Alexis Kings; the gig was a success as we ended up taking the headline slot and played to just under 100 people. Since then we have gone on to play at Aatma for This Feeling and at RETRO bar, as well as writing more music to expand upon our sound. We are currently in the process of finding new opportunities to play and distribute our music, while saving up funds for studio recordings.
