This is your Collection Entitlement Document (e-collection document) for your Brighton Freshtival Pass 2019.
The full-line up of events will be announced on Friday 16th August at 12pm on the Brighton SU website www.brightonsu.com/freshtival.
This Collection Entitlement Document MUST be exchanged for your Freshtival Brighton Wristband by Wednesday 25th September 2019 from one of the following Collection Points:
Welcome Weekend – Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd September
- Falmer: Brighton SU Stand, Checkland Building: 9am to 6pm
- City/Grand Parade: Brighton SU Stand, Phoenix Halls: 9am to 6pm
- Moulsecoomb: Brighton SU, Cockcroft Building: 9am to 6pm
- Varley Halls: Brighton SU Stand: 9am to 6pm
From Monday 23rd September
- Falmer Campus: Brighton SU Reception, Ringmer House: 10am to 4pm
- Grand Parade: Brighton SU Reception, Mezzanine of Grand Parade Main Building: 10am to 4pm
- Moulsecoomb Campus: Brighton SU reception, Ground floor of Cockcroft Building: 10am to 4pm
In order to be able to collect your Freshtival Pass, you must bring the following:
- This Collection Entitlement Document either printed out or via Fatsoma app
– Photo Identification (passport, driving license, ID card) of the name on the Collection Entitlement Document
We do not accept photocopies, signed letters of authorisation, or copies of your document on your phone – we require the physical documentation and identification for security purposes.
This Collection Entitlement Document cannot be exchanged or refunded, and has no monetary value.
Once you have exchanged your Collection Entitlement Document, your wristband will gain you FREE Entry (before 11.30pm, unless specified otherwise) to all events included in the Brighton Freshtival Pass.
