All levels are welcome! Whether you are an extreme sports enthusiast or more at home with a pint in the pub, this one is for you!

£200 cost includes gloves, head guard, wraps, nutrition advice, conditioning programme and training with top coaches.

You will also be asked to sell tickets and raise money for charity.
